When you purchase from Macott station, we will collect your personal information such as your name, shipping address/ billing address, telephone and credit card information etc. You may choose to provide us with the information at your own choice and if you choose not to provide, you may not be able to purchase the products from us. We assure that we do not re-sell, rent or lent to anyone of all personal information of all members and online community members.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.
A ) Placing an order
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
B ) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
C ) Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Return/ Exchange Policy
Macott Station is dedicated to provide the best service to customers. If the products you have received are damaged or different from what you have ordered, please contact us within 7 working days by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will arrange replacement as soon as we receive your email.

How do I return an item?
For Hong Kong, please kindly by taking it back to our HK office.
For Taiwan & Macau, please kindly send it back to our HK office by surface mail/parcel.
How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be made within 7 days with original receipts, belong accessories and packaging with the e-mail confirming shipment.
How will I receive my refund?
We do not accept refund unless we are unable to fulfill the replacement order due to factors beyond our control.
If any, once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase
Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept any exchange due to personal reasons like product design or colour choices dissatisfaction. Unless the product you received is damaged or different from what you have ordered, we will arrange replacement for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Please note that once your payment is completed all orders are confirmed. All sales are final and we cannot cancel your order after purchased. You will receive an email if Macott Station is unable to fulfill the order due to factors beyond our control.

All currencies are calculated in Hong Kong Dollar and we provide different methods to purchase online for our products. We accept visa card/ master card payment through Paypal.
